We strongly urge you to support the association by booking within the group block and receiving the negotiated rate of $142 plus tax for single or double occupancy. Availability cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to prevailing rates after the cut-off date of September 20, 2011 so book early!  For ease in making your reservations, the Embassy Suites accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover credit cards.

Accommodations are the responsibility of the program participant.

Hotel Policies: All rooms reserved must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in will be assessed a cancellation fee consisting of the first night’s room charge and billed to the credit card on file. Guest check-in is at 4:00 pm, check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
