Panel Discussion (60 minutes)

A panel (symposia) discussion is designed to provide diverse perspectives on topics related to the conference theme.   A panel discussion group consists of three to four presentations that are in some way related and moderated by one individual.   If you choose to submit to a panel discussion, you will be giving a 10-15 minute formal presentation to the entire ABSAME membership on an area that will be of interest to the majority of the attendees.  Panel (symposia) discussion proposals must include:  (1) a 500-word summary of the symposium, (2) three goals and three objectives, (3) the names of the moderator and each panelist, and (4) a 300-word description from each panelist outlining the perspective the panelist will express and his/her discussion points.
